AIC Inc. Standard Hourly Service Policy
- HOURS OF OPERATION - Our normal service hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm excluding holidays. Emergency service is available 24 hours per day.
- Normal responses to service requests vary from 24-72 hours, depending on the urgency of the request. Existing customers may be provided remote, desktop assistance free of charge.

- Warranty Service - In the event that service is required during the warranty period, AIC will provide all work and equipment necessary to promptly repair the equipment under warranty at no further cost to the customer. Warranty services provided after normal service hours will be invoiced at out current after hours labor rate.
- Emergency Service - Each of our customers may request service for emergencies which cannot wait for normal scheduling. In such cases, we require the customer to provide an escort for the technician. This escort should have all the keys and access codes necessary for us to provide prompt repair.
- Service Charges - Please contact us for a listing of service hourly rates for your area. Some areas may be subject to a fuel service charge, usually from point of origin to final destination, per service vehicle.
